BARGAIN HUNTERS 4U
We started out in the record business back in 1983. We owned and operated a record store in a medium-size town
in Michigan. We provided our customers with the latest music as well as a special order service. Looking back
on that experience we found the most enjoyable part of the business was finding that special record album for 45 that our
customer was looking for, even if it was out of print at the time. We then ventured into the DJ business as a sideline
to a record store. Getting the guest on the dance floor was only part of that experience keeping them there was what
brought the most gratification. After dancing many dances in a row you would see that they were tired and wanted to
sit down after a song finished, the challenge was to have the perfect song ready that would stop them in their tracks, on
the way back to their seats, turn them around, and head back to the dance floor. After getting out of the music
business we then opened a firearms and archery store. Again we found selling items off the shelf did not bring the same
gratification as finding the perfect equipment for the individual shooter or hunter to accomplish their goals. Satisfaction
came from the stories they would tell us about how our equipment and our service made their hunting or shooting experience
successful. We have always tried to put all of our energy into our service and the products we sell, and to deliver
them at the best possible price. Our experiences in serving the public and providing them with their needs brings
us back to our business philosophy THE THRILL IS IN THE HUNT NOT THE KILL !
